We operate a simple, like-for-like HVAC replacement model that allows advisors to earn on real installs — without running a shop, hiring crews, or managing operations.
What El Cheapos does (and doesn’t do)
We do
- Replace existing HVAC systems like-for-like.
- Keep scope narrow, repeatable, and efficient.
- Offer transparent, competitive pricing.
- Provide strong warranties and clear documentation.
- Handle equipment, install, permits, and execution.
We do not
- Redesign systems or engineer new layouts.
- Upsell accessories or pile on add-ons.
- Change ductwork or chase complex airflow issues.
- Compete with full-service design–build firms.
- Take on complex, custom, or one-off projects.
If a project doesn’t fit, we decline it. Simplicity is the advantage.

- No active company leads may be diverted.
- No conflicted or undisclosed arrangements are allowed.

- You confirm the project is like-for-like and within an active service area.
- You introduce the homeowner to El Cheapos.
- El Cheapos handles pricing, equipment, installation, and warranties.
- You get paid once the install is completed and verified.

Geographic availability
El Cheapos is currently operating in most South Carolina markets only. This is a controlled soft launch — not a nationwide rollout.
All opportunities must be within active South Carolina service areas. Availability may expand over time as capacity grows.
